Actually I have ordered a Art Silk Embroidered Saree on 6-jan-2018 with order number 32844, which looks very nice and pretty on website. And I had received my order on[protected] and I was unhappy because the product is very low quality and the fabric is also different .The main thing is that it's in reddish color with cheap borders. Please take my order back and refund my money.. I had also attached the pictures of order product and received product. Please seen it. Jan 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Actually, I have got no one person to resolve this issue.i had tried to call on the contact number which is provided on there site i.e 7048413797..But this number is wrong and can't reach.
There is no other information of the company.
And I have the contact number of delivery person and his senior.
And have shipment delivery slip on which
RTO information is present but the number which is mentioned is not reachable i.e 9737180006
And the address which is mentioned in this information is kya 69, Sujan point near yogi chowk, Nana varachha, Suraj GJ

Sir actually I ordered 3kurtis of order numbers 33665, 33668, 33672 but in the courier I got 4 items which I don't order. So I want to refund immediately. I got 3 dresses, one saree. So I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible. Or make sure to send the order i place that is 3 kurthis.
