Pancydeals — wrong products delivered and return option not working

I have ordered online some kurtis from pancydeals.com. At the time of ordering, it was shown that there is option for 7 days easy return. The materials was delivered through delhivery on 17/12/2017 at about 4pm. Rs. 1445/- was paid in cash on delivery. After opening the packet, it is found that salwar pieces instead of kurtis and the colour is of totally different. Immediately, it was informed to the person who delivered, he advised to put a return request online. When i tried to do it, found that there is no option for return link in the website. Only an email id is given in the packet \"pancydeals. [protected]@gmail.com\" which is also invalid. I sent several mails for return request but it bounced back. There is a contact number given in the website [protected] but it remains always switched off. I have also informed it to the local offices of the logistics agency delhivery but till now without any results. I am even ready to pay the courier charges incurred and get the balance amount. Order no. Of pancy deals is 17233 and tracking no. With delhivery is[protected]. So i request your authority to help me out in this matter so that i can return and get a refund.
