I have been scammed by panind. Applied for duplicate pancard approximately a month ago. Since i have recently moved to a new house (Which is not on my name) all my documents have the old address, most of which were lost along with my pan card (Fir of which was also shared via mail). That customer has to send a filled hard copy as well through postal mail other a person will get their pan card built through official it site without any hassle.

I have emailed to them on the same day for refund from my another mail id for refund and they have not replied on the same.br...

We applied for new pan through panind paying rs 349 online. We had sent the signed application form along with self attested enclosures to their address by speedpost on 2nd july 2018 - we could check its delivery on 4th july through tracking reference “et[protected]in”.

After repeated follow up by email, we got an email on 12th july saying "your documents are under verification. Our documentation team is reviewing the documents...

Nobody is contactable and disconnect the call frequently. People call me by private no. and said to pay more money. They are scamming people by calling from private no. and threatening to pay more. I have given 349 INR to panind.com, after that they provided me the transaction id it's [protected]N. I have applied on Feb 2018 but till now neither i have received the pan card nor any receipt for applying for the same. Now when I going to check it it's showing your documents are under process, I mean what is this I don't think it'll take this much of time....

I've applied for a pan card from panind website 3 months back paid 300 for it after that I posted my details to the company but still I did not get my pan card I did not get any acknowledgement number also & no mails or any calls from the company. Neither are they picking my calls or replying to my mails & when I go to apply again the government officials say there is already a pan number in this name what am I supposed to do?...

I applied for pan card renewal before 45 days and still I didn’t get my pan card delevered. I tried requesting update from PANIND and they asked me to check with professional courier. Status is showing it as dilevered but I didn’t get any parcel not even call or message from courier company... this is seriously inconvenient to me. I was apply for the pan card rectification on 26th May 2018. After that i got the mail for some more document's. Than 18th of June i send the documents . Til date i hav not received the pan Card. I mail several time. But i got reply mail...its under processing. I tryed to cal him. But no one picking call on [protected]. Call voing on voice box and disconnecting.

Myself rajendra p r applied for my wifes pan card online through panind.com, my order id ; sa-[protected]n and payment id [protected] on july 3 rd 2018 transaction done through my idbi account davanagere, transaction id is s16937398 transaction description visa - pos /rigaro eworks llp new delhi india it looks like a fake company who collects money in making pan card, i paid rs 299 for the same no reply or response and all contact details...

Not sure how stupid this people are, they asked me to send documents via courier 3 times, every time they rejected. Now again asked me 2 times to scan and send. Even after that they are keeping it on hold.

Whom to contact to raise this? When these people dont know how to do their work why are they working there? Do they think we dont have any other work apart sending them same old documents again and again?...

I have couriered all the documents on 11th june, 2018 on their vikaspuri address and on 15th june got status that application got received and documents are under processing. I have called panind they told me that your documents got verified and you will get coupon number on your registered email id. I applied for pan from panind.com. Order id: orderid ar - [protected]n on 3/6/2018 and till today 15/06/2018 i have not got any confirmation or contact from panind.

Nobody replies to the emails i send to [protected]@panind.com except system generated automatic replies and if i call[protected], it keeps on ringing but nobody responds to the call.

I have paid the money and submitted my documents...
