In the first week of November, 2015, while surfing the net I accidently got registered with Astroyogi.com
. Their Customer Care Executive Mr. Rohit called-up several times and informed that the Astrologer will help you to get rid of any
problem you are facing. As I am jobless and looking for a job since 2-3 months, hence I thought of talking to their Astrologer. Mr. Rohit told me to first pay Rs, 200/- by debit card which I did. After 10 minutes, one Acharya Satyraprakashji talk to me, I had discussed all my problem, he told me to purchase a Nau Mukhi Rudraksha from them, as he told me I will will get back my job before Diwali, 15 i.e. before 11/11/15, I had ordered Nau Mukhi Rudraksha, by paying Rs, 3700/- ( Order No.[protected] dated 28/10/15), I had received the Rudraksha on 3rd of November, 15, the same day I called-up one of the astrologer to inform him that the Rudraksha is not the real one and it is a rejected piece, for which they said no it is the real one.
Acharya Satyraprakashji had informed after wearing the Rudraksha within a week i.e. say before 11/11/15, I will get back my old job. Now after wearing and
praying regularly for about 1 months, no letter or information as told by him received from my previous Company.
I have been sending the message to customer care, but no reply received from them. I tried to contact Acharya Satyaprakashji on [protected] 3-4 times, but their customer care executive gives different messages every time, " please call tomorrow as today being Saturday, he is not available, when we call on Monday/Tuesday, they says sorry he is not available. I think they are simply making money by holding our calls for 10 minutes also, but always they never allowed me to talk to Acharya Satyaprakashji.
I want to return this product, as it is of no use, please ask Astroyogi.com
to refund my money of Rs.3700/- immdtly.
I do not know where the Company Office is located, as their Main Office is in Delhi and customer care service centre is at Gurgaon as their no. [protected]
