    Its been 3 months I have applied for pan but I have not received my PAN and got a reply as your pan cannot be processed in my mail. If cannot be processed then cancel it from your portal. when tracked my pan status it shows withheld and is in process.. when you people have cancelled it why does your portal shows it in Process...
    please give a valid reason for everything and stop sending auto generated mails for every query. Its problematic for future process.
    And provide a working customer care number.

        This is the response..I don't see any over writing and it is infact typed by the branch manager of the bank.why can they call the manager the clarify if in doubt?

        This is PATEthic service .!!!

        It's almost 3 months now and it is still going in rounds.

        Can this be escalated? who is the point of contact?

        There is over writing on Annexure-C which can't be accepted kindly provide the same again in hard copy on the bank latter head it should be attested by the bank manager and send it at the below mentioned address.

          Now anyone there can explain it to me ?
          And tell me how to fix it, I sent to you details my license scan copy, hard copy, my aadhar card scan and hardcopy dozens of emails passport size photographs is there anything left?
          Would you please lock the door of your company??
          If you can't handle your customers and can't do there work for what they pay why do you handle all these cases
          Lockdown your company and stop fooling people
          What for I paid to you and sheared my private information with you ?

                      Coupon Number G[protected] Application order number. So mANY PROBLEMs occurred from months you people kept telling me the card will be issued but useless first Application on hold then again upload documents then dozens of other issues I kept sending you emails dozens of times I sent to my ID proof, my adress proof and not just id but driving licence and aadhar card scan too still Application on hold and objection raised what the hell is it, what for govt of india ask people to submit pan detail in different details when ever they know people who issue them are ### when will I get it god knows panimd is earning online and scam people that never fallow complaints of clients if they do how come is my pan card still screwed up there and still in on hold proncessing and under objection fix it or return my money along with compensation. I will claim for compensation in consumer court soon

                          I have given you documents through speed post and twice I send to you through post
                          Now how to fix it ?
                          I want some solid action don't delay answering me please fix the problem if there is any my old pan card was stolen the number is AJXPH3307B and I applied for a copy now even after producing all documents what is happening I can't understand it hasn't happened just once on every step something wrong happens fix it or let me speak about it in you tube and launch fir in consumer court

                                1. Customer care is irresponsible, they disconnect the call
                                2. Annexure C original received to Pan INd office on 07.08.2021 and still email on 31st August seeking for original. Email sent no response/ Same called customer care calls are getting disconnected.

                                        06.08.2021 Application Speed post

                                        09.08.2021 Delivered at your address

                                        16.08.2921 You acknowledged the receipt in a week time which really shows your professionalism

                                        16.08 to 21.08 You kept document under verification...5 page parnership deed could be checked by your super efficient staff in 6 days.

                                        21.08.2021 you communicated that coupon is going to be generated

                                        25.08.2021 Coupon generated...communication received with a link to track PAN...since then UTI portal is showing application inwarded.

                                        02.09.2021 Called UTI call centre as I had no choice because of you people's ...No Direct communication approach...because you haven't provided any direct call number

                                        02.09.2021 Horrified to learn that your efficient organisation has still not uploaded Main Form..as informed by call centre executive...I shall remain indebted to you for rest of my life IF YOU UPLOAD MAIN APPLICATION

                                        PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST AS I AM UNABLE TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNT AND IN PROCESS LOOSING ON BUSINWSS OPPORTUNITIES.
