Panind — balance got deducted two times for a single application of pan card

My balance got deducted two times from my bank account against transaction id[protected] and[protected].in these transaction id the first one deducted the balance but showing that you have to complete payment and on the other side the second id fullfil my payment and sucessfully completed my application. Kindly please look into this.

I've applied for new pan card but it has not been taken the application form due to the adhar declaration and my payment has been cut from my bank account so kindly refund my payment as soon as possible...they have chaged me 499/rs and they cannot reply my calls aur messages they are fake and disgusting
I have applied pan card & given payment rs.500 on line & given every document as per require but not receive pan card kindly look this matter seriously i have called many times but your customer care nos discoonect many times.Pan id : sa-[protected]n
