Panind — charged more for pan card

I was charged 499 rs for new pan card whereas.. The govt fees from nsdl is rs 100.00 no fees has been mentioned by panind in there website also there is no option for cancellation. I want to cancel my pan card from pan ind website and apply from nsdl also i want my refund back the panind are charging hiddencharges.. Please cancel my pan card and get memy refund
