Panind — delay issue duplicate pan card

I have applied for issue duplicate pan card,
And remitted 500.0 rs.
I have submitted all required documents but since from two months
I have not received pan card,
Phone calls unsuccessful due to not responding /attending calls.
This is not matter of money its matter of reliability on this company.
Concerned authorities should take stringent action against to these companies
