Panind — I m not get my pan card

I m apply my pan card for panind.com
Still i m not get my pan card so my work so disturbed...
Please refund my money 499.
Kindly grant me..
I have mail to panind.com so he reply
Your documents is under processing please wait sometime... He is reply again and again
So i requested please return my all documents copy...
And i m dial the mobile no. He is no reply
