Panind — late submission I need a refund and u want my pan card

U have charged me more and it takes long timelate submission i need a refund and u want my pan card as soon as possible... But it takes long time to update my name in psn card si i am going to apply by sime other method so please i need a refund. And you have charged me more for pan card vorrection its only one hundrend and eight rupees bit u have taken four nininty nine rupee. So i need a refund
