My application for pan card is on hold request you to please update me on same my order id is ha-[protected]cr. I mrs. Harshali paul dadan had submitted my pan application to you and also sent you a document of pan application attested by a gazetted officer. After which i have not received any intimation regarding whether you have received my application or the process of same. I have paid 499rs for lost PAN card application, they have no intention of providing service even after providing all the documents, including the PAN copy, they don't even refund the money completely, they say only 20%will be refunded, pucca fraud company, take action and help get my refund.order id-AN-[protected]LO

Even though mailing many times i only recieve the same mail again and again. I asked thrice about my status of pan card and there was no accurate reply to any of my mails. I have paid 500 rs nd its no joke. Whenever i call no one recieves it or evn call back!! I shouldnt have applied from here. Please help.
