Panind — No status on PAN application, despite the form is received at your Delhi office

I have applied for a duplicate PAN as my last PAN got damaged. i applied online and paid as mentioned and courier the document to the address asked by speed post. as per speed post consignment number EM[protected]IN, my documents are delivered on 7th July 2021 but your online system is showing the documents are not yet received. I am not getting the status of my application either by mail or message.
