Panind — no status received after sending documents and several mails

I have couriered my documents for pancard. Till date there is no response from panind company. Nobody receives the cal and there is no response by email also.
They are totally cheating the customers, y cant they response the status,
I paid rs 300,
Dear panind kindly update or refund my amount, i will apply somewhere else.
I almost sent 30 emails to know the status, this is totally cheating...
