[Resolved] Panind — not get refund as transaction completed completed response not received from pan india site and amount deducted from bank | |||
I am sudarshan baral updated my dob change request online. Payment done through phone pe for 499 rs. Bu in the pan india portal it is not completed. It again asking payment. When i communicate with phone pe team. They told it is already send to merchant. Those transaction details are attached here. Pfb the bank transaction details get through sms from bank : "rs 499.00 debited from a/c *2716 on 20-06-20 to vpa applypanindia. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report" Please refund 499 the same if payment process not completed. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
