Panind — not received my acknowledgement no and pan card

On oct 11 2019 in panind i applied for new pan card for rs. 499. After 2days from the application made i couriered my printed application form with the attachment of photos and with my signature and i mailed my scanned aadhar id for the proof of address, name, dob on oct 31 but till i didn't receive any mail or messages to my no. From the date of application made after my payment for pan card also i didn't receive the mail form the panind. So please arrange to issue my pan card or else please refunded my amt or know me about my pan card status. Applied for correction of Pan card and paid 499/- and I didn't get any receipt nor any confirmation on phone or email. It's totally fraud and fake. Government should take action against such fraudsters.
