I applied for my pan card duplicate, on 26th oct 2019, it's been received by pan ind by 29th oct 2019, but still i did not receive any acknowledgement mail regarding my status.. And how to check my status.. I already paid 499 for your service.. It's quite high.. How long it will take for you to send my acknowledgement or else pls rwfund my money.. I thought urs is a gov organization... But it's a consultancy... I could contact u.. Your customer care number is been disconnecting.. Pls reply asap.. I need my pan urgently.. If not pls refumd asap

    I applied for lost pan card and entered my details. After i entered, asked for payment process, so i paid inr 499. The amount has debited from my account but an error message occured that service is unavailable. I dropped a mail and there is no response from you. If i tried multiple times also, the server is not reaching.
    I request you to refund my amount of inr 499 as soon as possible.

      I have sent filled application from, duly signed and photographs attached on the form along with self-attested document proofs for identity, address and date of birth by speed post bearing no. Eu[protected]in dated 27.10.2019 which is received in your office on 31.10.2019.

      As per the instructions/guidelines it was told that i shall by intimated by an email coupon/ack number after receiving the signed application form along with id proo, dob proof and address proof.

      But till date i have not received the coupon/ack number of my sent application form so that i can track it.

      Please look into and inform.

        We have requested for pancard name update and it didnt happen.
        I have made the payment of 499/- and i also notice others are charging 110 rupees.
        I hope quick action of refund will be initiated.
        Do not take extra payment and dont take payment if you dont have authority to do.

          I applied for a new pan card online last month on october 18, 2019 in panind online. I paid 500 rs online but i did not receive any email confirmation to my mail id. I could not find where my order id is. My transaction id is [protected]. I speed post all the proofs and i cannot track my pan card status. Please help me with this case. Also where should i be able to find my order id?

            I was lost my pan card hence i applied duplicate pan card in your site on 19/10/2019. They sent me application i was filled and attached my i'd proofs and i sent speed post to mentioned address. Speed post reached on 25/10/2019 but i didn't get any acknowledgement copy from your end. Still it's shows application not received. My order i'd is an-[protected]lo. So kindly refund my amount 499 as well as soon.

                I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

                      On line duplicate pan issue form submitted on july 6th 2019 with reqisiit fees rs 499/-. All related documents also send by courier on 8th july, 19
                      Several request was made for issue of pan.in support of dob, madhyamik admit card and mark sheet produced. Old pan card photo also given.
                      Several correspondence has been made with them followed by telephonic discussion but they did not issue my pan.
                      The company panind is seems to be fake as their official numbers are not active.
                      They are simply looting money of public as understood from their customer care shell.
                      They should refund money if it is unable to issue.
                      It is requested to take a drive against this fraudulent company at an earliest.

                      Till date no card has been received.

                              I have paid 499 rupees on this website for new pan card. This website is total fraud.
                              They just take money and then you dont hear anything from them.

                              I need my refund right away.
                              I don't want new pan card at all from this website.

                              They have taken my money and i want full refund of my money. They are also not reach on phone number.

Now after almost 34 days of posting my second time the company has not give me any information regarding my pan card. Today in my office all said you will not be given salary this month also because you have no pan card so i have to apply second time for pan card to other site and from this site i want to refund my money 700 rupees. Sir the company has also wasted my more then 40 days i also need the compensation of my time and money because the company why not inform me within this period.
                                    Please help me otherwise i ll complain to upper level against this site.

UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                        I sent a mail, kindly check for ur reference.

                                        I applied for correction of name, its showing online process, but wen the amount has been deducted, i got message that i have to send a physical hard copy through coreer.

                                        It's my humble request i send my details in mail, so do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Kindly make some correct details on website dont fool to the customers by saying its online process.
