Panind — pan card not received after 1 month

Address:WARD NO.8 BHAGWAT CHOWK LABOUR CAMP ACC JAMUL BHILAI, 490024

I had applied for pan card via panind.com under Order ID: PA-[protected]N. but it hasn't been processed yet. I've been trying to contact them via phone but no one is picking it up and being disconnected all the time. I have paid ₹500 for this via debit card. if they can't fulfil the request then they should refund the money.
