Panind ,pan Incharge-pan Consultancy Centre — haven't received pan card

I applied for pan card on 8 june 2018 but i haven't received any coupon no or any acknowledgement no. I don't know where is my pan card. I need that asap. My order id is [protected]n. What should i do. I am so irritated. I sent emails to them but no response. I won't get my salary until i have pan card. I so need this urgently. Please send any detail. I just don't know what to do. They are not even picking up the calls. What if it is a fake centre.
