Panind — panind cancellation and refund fees for pan card

I have applied for pan card correction from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at just rs.110. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application and i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to send some another foolish proof (I have already all the documents for proof which i am having eg. Aadhar, voter id, driving license). I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel it at all! Infact i asked them to return my money. But they are just fooling me by saying that they are applying and asking me some foolish document. It’s being more than 2 months but still they are saying they are applying but i got corrected from nsdl. Please don’t trust this website it’s completely a fake / fraud site. I want my money back immediately.
