I applied for pan card but later i found my pan card. No one from the panind company is replying.
I have sent across multiple emails but no one seems to be available for any reply.
They have not given their customer care number as well so that its hard to reach out to them.

This is too frustrating. I need my refund

Kindly action asap. Attaching the required proof and ticket reference number.

    I have applied for pan card correction from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at just rs.110. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application and i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response. I just want my money to get refunded as fast as possible.
    It's a fraud company just do some action against this website.

      panind cancellation and refund fees for pan card

      I have applied for pan card correction from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at just rs.110.       Dear sir/madam,

      Good afternoon. What my experience is showing about panind.
      Panind is fraud company. First this company charge is very high. No problem charges should be good services, but this is not with this fraud company. Once you pay 499 for pan card application they did not pick our phone, not reply our email even not send the pan acknowledgement number. Please do not put your hard earn money in garbage to apply pan card through panind. I have applied the pan card on 06th november 2019, order id: ha-[protected]cr, but still no status, no picking phone, no reply of my email. Only receiving stupid message as auto reply email as well as phone. If they are not able to work, they should return my money.

      I need my refund as soon as possible

      I request the authority to ban this type of company.
      Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      The document uploaded is partially for PAN CARD correction i have paid the fees but no proper service and response, i am not satisfied by PANIND service.

          I have request for a pan card and paid the amount rs.499. Sir i dont want to contine the further clearance for the pan card. So i cant sent my documents by the postal.             On 06/11/2019 we have wrongly applied for pan no through this site. But now i want to cancel the above transaction and want the refund of the same. The id for the same is - [protected]n and the transaction id / payment id is - [protected]. Kindly process my complaint as soon as possible and provide me he refund for the same amount as soon as possible.

              They just initially take money and then you don't hear anything from them.

              After repeated email sent to them they don't even bother to respond. They are not reachable on phone number as they do not share any contact number.

                I had applied for correction of pan card almost 7 months back (Orderid - ma-[protected]lo), but till now i have not received my corrected pan card.

                Even after submitting all the documents and following up multiple times through emails (Since they could not be contacted through phone), they have not yet responded neither they have refunded my amount deposited for the same.

                Kindly get the issue resolved at the earliest.

Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                  I have applied for duplicate pan card due to lost my pan card. Through panind, site. On 23rd of august 2019.
                  Details of my orderid is ma-[protected]lo
                  Filled all the details and paid the amount rs. 499/-. After submit received soft copy through mail which i mentioned in the form, along with some instruction manual sop.
                  The mail saying hard copy to be submitted along with proofs with 90 days.
                  I have sent hard copy which is given in list, xerox pan card, aadhaar card, gas cylinder bill on 2nd nov'2019.
                  Today i received call from [protected], saying some initial is not matching, provide voter id or passport, i told which is not mentioned address in application. They asked for the bank proof with seal of account bank.
                  Even high amount charging think that every thing take care.
                  Refund to my amount rs. 499, i understand think this is the fake site getting money.

                  2to3 times more than other site, I have to refund my 499rs please refund my rupees as soon as possible.

                    Hi this is srinivas, i am sending my details and id proofs for my pancard damaged, and request to reissue of new pand card, already amount paid in online, i have not received mypan card, what problem i don't know i am submitted all proofs through mail, i don't want to pan card please refund my amount, this is very bad and worest experience.

                      I have applied for issuance of duplicate pan card and have paid the required fee as per documents attached herewith. I could not download the application form after the amount got deducted and have been trying to contact their customer care but none of the numbers are reachable. Also, they had mentioned that they send the application via email, which i haven't received yet.

                        I applied for my pan card duplicate, on 6th nov 2019, it's been received by pan ind by 6th nov 2019, but still i did not receive any acknowledgement mail regarding my status.. And how to check my status.. I already paid 499 for your service.. It's quite high.. How long it will take for you to send my acknowledgement or else please refund my money.. I thought it is a govt organization... But it's a consultancy... I could contact u.. Your customer care number is been disconnecting.. Please reply asap.. I need my pan urgently.. If not please refund at the earliest.

                            Sir, i have applied for the pan card in your site and i have made the payment thorugh netbanking but i want to cancel the application fornsome reason. Pleased refund my payment of rs 499/-. Your site is asking for hard copy of the application form for which it be easier for me to apply with agent and also do not have enough time to go to speed post or to the courier serivice.

                              I have applied a new pan through online sevice using site www.PANIND.com on 4-nov-2019 at 8:17 pm. I have made successful payment of inr 499. After payment, i didnt get acknowledgement mail to my mail id.
                              This company is taking extra 300 charges from the customer. On other site i. E nsdl charges for new pan application is only inr 110.

                              I want my money back. Please refund it immediately..

                                I applied for my pan card duplicate, on 26th oct 2019, it's been received by pan ind by 29th oct 2019, but still i did not receive any acknowledgement mail regarding my status.. And how to check my status.. I already paid 499 for your service.. It's quite high.. How long it will take for you to send my acknowledgement or else pls rwfund my money.. The amount has debited from my account but an error message occured that service is unavailable. I dropped a mail and there is no response from you.                                     I have sent filled application from, duly signed and photographs attached on the form along with self-attested document proofs for identity, address and date of birth by speed post bearing no. Eu[protected]in dated 27.10.2019 which is received in your office on 31.10.2019.

                                    As per the instructions/guidelines it was told that i shall by intimated by an email coupon/ack number after receiving the signed application form along with id proo, dob proof and address proof.

                                    But till date i have not received the coupon/ack number of my sent application form so that i can track it.

                                      I hope quick action of refund will be initiated.
                                      Do not take extra payment and dont take payment if you dont have authority to do.
