Panind — payment made rs 499 for the change of name but not done

Son of Darlapudi Padmanabha Sarma. Ipaid Rs.499 to change my name on pan card. But I am getting an application to download in which I found that it was for a new pan card. I have no satisfaction within transaction. If your service system is good, contact me to hear my requirement otherwise Pl refund my money immediately
