Panind — took higher amount for correction in pan card. and customer care no not reachable.

I paid rs 500 for normal correction in pan card usually which takes only rs150 on any pan faciliate centre i got to know from someone else a. Now i am calling customer care but they are not receving any call. These guys are fraud not their no s are reachable even i didn't received any mail. Pls i want my refund. Here am attaching screenshots of payment made by me.
