Panvelkar Group — Despite of cancelled the booking not refunded the amount.

In the month of august 2015 i had booked the flat by paying rupees 21, 000/-at panvelkar heights badlapur west. Unfortunately i had to cancel the booking due to financial issues. As my grandfather was suffering from heart attack and we had to undergo the bypass surgery for him, which was going to cost us more than 5 lacs rupees... I requested panvelkars team to refund my booking amount, the salesperson agreed and told me that i will get the refund amount after 1 week. After 1 week passed i started following up with them...but they started giving silly excuses saying mr. panvelkar is not in town he'll be back in next week. Again in next week i called them but that time they had asked me for medical certificate, which i provided them immediately... again in next week they started asking for list of medicines, that also i provided them immediately...After providing them many proof's of my grandfather's medicines...still yet i have not received any refund from them of my booking amount 21, 000/-. It's my sincere and humble request to every one of you who are planning to purchase flat in any of the panvelkar project.. Please guys don't invest your valuable money in Panvelkar project. If you wish to have such kind of pathetic service from panvelkar group then you can go ahead and book it...
