[Resolved] Paramhans Educare Pvt. Ltd. — About PMKVY-Media & Entertainment Passed Students Certificates

We are E-Education Computer Institute from Lucknow (U.P.), we were working with Paramhans Educare Pvt. Ltd. in PMKVY scheme. They are not giving us the certificates of our passed student [Batch Code : 296329 ] of Media & Entertainments.
The exam date of that batch was : 21/02/2016 and the result Declaration Mail received from [protected]@paramhansedu.in : 19/04/16 and the number of Passed Student are : 12.
We followed them via mail and also via call many times but they were not giving us any positive reply, and from last few month they are not receiving our call and not replying our mail. students and their parents are coming our center for their certificates and we don't have their certificates. Here we are facing problem.
But they are not taking this seriously.
Our coordinator Mr. Anupam Pandey from

is also not working properly on this. When ever we asked about the certificates they only told us that [ we are in the process. Very soon you will get the same. have patience .].
We are having patience and waiting for the certificates from 19/04/16 to till now.

they told me that remove complain from consumer forum, then in 7 days, they will give me certificates. so i am doing the same..

Updated by E-Education Computer Institute Paramhansh didn't give us our passed student's certificate. they told us that when we shall be close our complain from consumer complaints then they will provide us our certificates in next 1 week. but still we didn't received. now they are also not receiving our calls and also not replying on our mail.

Dear sir,
As we have discussed right now, that if i will remove or cancel our complain in consumer forum, then paramhans educare pvt ltd will give me our passed students certificates in working 7 days..
so right now I am taking back my complaints from consumer forum. and I am waiting for our passed students. certificates.
