We had placed an order with Samay Jain as under between 18-22 December 2015 :-

1. Saree Ronak Creations no.5007 for Rs. 3899+120 shipping =4019.
2. Violet Gown " " 4612 for Rs. 2770+120 shipping=2890
3. Saree Amira " " 94 for Rs. 2385+200+100 shipping =2685

The above amount of Rs9594 was transfred through ICICI Bank
account no.xxxxxxxx 7471 on 22/12/2015. On our repeated request Samay Jain did not dispatch material.
You are requested to intervane and refund our amount within 7days failing which we will be compelled to lodge a Police complaint.
