Paramount Group — Delay in possession of property
I am allottee of Villa No. D-205 in "Paramount Golfforeste" project at Greater Noida being developed by Paramount Group. I paid full and final payment against the above property on May 2015. At that time, property was under construction and only 50% was completed. I requested them to extend the date of final payment and complete the construction first but they were adamant and charged penalty of Rs. 56000/- for delay in payment for 15 days. They assured possession within three months. Since then, they are delaying the registration and possession on one pretext or other. They do not have courtesy to even inform me the likely dates of registration of the said property. Even after repeated reminders by mail, they are not giving any information. I am loosing interest on full and final payments I made about one year back. They gave number of their advocate for registration and asked to deposit amount for purchasing of stamp papers. I deposited the cheque which expired after three months. I redeposited a fresh cheque which expired again. Now I do not know how long should I keep on depositing the cheques like this. Was this information helpful?

I came across this complaint, and I think you have a strong case on merits. Would it be possible for you to share all the details such as the date on which property was booked, the amount that was paid, and the date on which the possession was supposed to be handed over but was not handed over to you. I may be able to help you out in this matter. Please feel free to reach out to me at [protected]@gmail.com
Also it would be great if there could be more than 10 similarly placed people like yourself, so that the case becomes stronger.
Thanks and Regards
