Parimatch — Account blocked | |||
My Parimatch account was suddenly blocked twenty days ago without any explanation or prior notice. I had been using the platform normally, and then I found that I could no longer log in to my account. I have not received any email, SMS, or in-account notification explaining why my account was blocked or how I can restore access. I also have not contacted customer support yet, as no information was provided about the reason or next steps. There is currently a balance of approximately 10, 000 in my blocked Parimatch account, and I am unable to access or withdraw these funds due to this sudden restriction. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I be clearly informed of the reason for the block, and that my account be reactivated so I can access my balance.
