I won a decent amount of Rs. 9000, but ran into a problem: my card failed verification. Soon after, when I tried to log in to my profile, the site page just wouldn't load. Why wasn't I warned that I needed to verify my card before I started playing? If I had known this in advance, I would have verified the card first and only then placed a bet. As a result, I have a negative impression of the company....

Loss of funds after app update

After updating the Parimatch app, I lost money from my account. I know for a fact that no one accessed my cell phone, which means that no one logged into my account and could not withdraw my money. I wanted to place some bets, but I got a real shock when I saw that all the money was missing from my account....

Understanding the functionality of the Parimatch application seems to be a difficult task. Although it seems that the interface should be intuitively obvious, this is not always the case. It would probably be wise to simplify the functionality of the application, making it more comfortable for the user. I believe that an inexperienced player would have great difficulty learning the functionality of this app....

Issues with withrawal processing

Check my withdrawal (I am ready to write the withdrawal number to PM official representative). I have been waiting for 8 days now, when the status of my withdrawal request will change and my money will arrive to my deposit. I need my money urgently and I am not ready to wait so long....

Website navigation

On the Parimatch India website, it is often difficult to find the right activities due to the numerous sections and categories. I would appreciate it if the site navigation was more intuitive. It is now very difficult to find the right match or game from a particular provider. All this affects negatively my desire to play at this casino. I wait and believe that the catalog of games and sporting events will become at least a little more convenient...

I often encounter difficulties with Parimatch support service. Some of my questions and problems remain unanswered when contacting the support team via email, and I have to wait too long for help. This is an abnormal attitude to users. Is it so difficult for you to hire more support staff so that players' answers do not go unanswered?

    I have experienced delays in depositing funds on a number of occasions and it is really frustrating. There is an urgent need to resolve the problems associated with financial transactions. My confidence that the money will eventually be credited to my account is slowly waning. It is very unclear to me what is preventing Parimarch from establishing its relationship with its financial partners so that I can receive the amount of my winnings to my bank card as quickly as before.

      It is becoming more and more difficult to place bets on Parimatch in India every time, especially with the constant technical glitches when trying to withdraw funds. I have already started getting used to these conditions. I am faced with delays and lack of feedback from the support team every time I try to withdraw funds. Of course, there is a positive point in the fact that in the end the money is either received in a few days or returned to the account, but the situation is still far from ideal. I remember the times when Parimtach functioned much better than it does now.

      After sending my complaint, I regularly checked my email and my personal cabinet for a response from Parimatch. A few days later I received a letter apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to rectify the situation. They also offered me compensation for the delayed withdrawal. It was very pleasant from their side.

        My account has been blocked due to fraudulent activity. What fraudulent actions? All I did was to use the functionality of the service: depositing, betting on sports, withdrawing funds. You have no evidence that I am a fraudster and violate the rules of the gaming platform....

        I've tried to deposit money using PhonePe payment system, but it's not working for me. I can't understand what this is related to and I'm trying to figure it out. Did Parimatch stop supporting deposits using this payment system?

        I had to consult my friends and one of them shared his experience. It turns out that I needed to update the app to the latest version. I did that and, to my relief, I was able to successfully deposit money to Parimatch. Now I am ready to continue my gaming activity and bet, bet, bet.

          I have been betting on soccer for a long time. But today I try to log in to my profile and I see a message that my account is blocked. The reason for the blocking is that I have multiple accounts. This is simply impossible, because I have only one main account, which I use and from which I bet all the time. I do not have and have never had any other accounts. I ask the Parimatch support team to look into this situation and punish all those involved in this blocking.

            I was alarmed by the unexpected blocking of my account and it really shocked me. I am extremely disappointed that the support team is not responding to my requests, as it is extremely important for me to urgently regain access to my account and get my funds back. I feel completely at a loss as to how to proceed in this situation. I am very happy to be left alone with my problem.

            I started actively searching for information and communicating with other users who had encountered a similar problem. Eventually, after some experimentation and patience, I found a way to restore access to my account. Support responded, but everything is already working.

                Hi. My name is Gopal and this was my first deposit. I tried to deposit 7000 Indian rupees in my balance and the payment was successful. But still the money was not showing in my account balance. I don't know what can be the reason behind this and I request help from PM staff to help me to get my money credited to my gaming account.

                  This is my first withdrawal and I was immediately asked for a photo of my documents. Reliable site? I do not like such a requirement that Parimatch casino makes for me. I am a free person and I do not want my data to fall into the wrong hands. Besides that, I believe that the Indian government will be able to track all my activities in this casino and I don't like that at all....

                  I have constant problems with Parimatch tech support. My deposit has not been credited to my balance for several days now, and none of the casino staff even contact me. I wrote them a question, but there is no answer. I am very dissatisfied with this attitude to players. I believe that a casino should work for the players and not the other way around. I urgently need my money so that I can bet on a sporting event that I have been waiting for so long!

                  I tried to write off the whole amount from the card without taking into account the commission. I had to write to the bank why I didn't have a message that I exceeded the transfer amount. Parimatch employee told me where to look.

                    I recently placed a bet at Parimatch, won a good amount of money, but when I decided to withdraw the money, I encountered a delay. The money never arrived to my account on time, I had to contact customer support to sort it out. Customer support told me that I have to pass some kind of verification to be able to successfully withdraw my money. But I don't want to go through any verification, I'm not sure I need it at all.

                    In the end, the verification was successful and I was able to withdraw my winnings without any problems. It seems to be obligatory to do it and only once, which is good.
