I made 2 deposits on 2 consecutive days. On 13/11/2025 I deposit Rs 5000 via upi for mobile method. I successfully sent it on given qr and submitted utr number. It didn't reflected in my account. My account is not verified from last 5 days. I submitted all the required documents but still the account is under verification. I also cannot place bets and withdraw my money. I have 19000 rupees struck in my parimatch account. I emailed and message parimatch contact center but they are giving me same reply from last 5 days that there department is still working on the issue.

I deposited ₹36, 000 with Parimatch on [20th Sept 2205]. For the past 29 days, my refund request has been delayed with the same repeated response: “payment system side, experts are working.” No refund, no UTR, and no clear explanation has been provided.

I have deposited 20k on 7 oct 2025 and it was succesful at the moment.. but they have not credited it in my account till now..

First they told me that money will arrive then told transctikn js unsuccessful..

Then asked for bank statement.. I have sent them still they are not crediting to my account...

I have made a withdrawal request of 50000 INR on 29th August 2025 but and now it has passed over 30 days but I still haven’t received my winnings in my bank account.
I have taken multiple followup everyday from customer chat support and emails but no one cared to resolve it yet.
The ticket was also raised through parimatch website 4 weeks ago but no started working on it.

It's been 15 days i had deposited 12000 on 31.08.2025 through upi transaction is successful but deposit is failed ticket raised regarding this issue but no solution till now.

I had withdrawn 19000 on 30.08.2025 thought bank transfer till now i have not received amount but in parimatch app it's showing sucessful.
