I reached out to support through private messages. They asked me to provide more information. Eventually, the problem was successfully resolved, and I managed to withdraw half of the money through several payments, as requested by support. I'm now waiting for the remaining amount

      I've been playing here for quite a while, having registered 6 months ago. Everything was fine, although sometimes withdrawals took a bit longer but within reasonable limits. However, in the last 2 weeks, the situation has become critical: withdrawals are taking several days, and sometimes the money even gets returned to my balance. Today, something strange happened: after two consecutive losses, I placed a bet on an increase and won. However, when I checked my account, the bet was not recorded, and the money remained in my balance. How is this possible?
