Parimatch India — 42100INR Withdrawal not credited

I have made a withdrawal of 42100INR on 9th November 2023.its been 3 months over, still they have not credited my amount to my bank account and i have already complained this matter in parimatch and given my bank statement and official letterhead from my bank that amount not received.But they still not credited my amount
