I understand that Parimatch has rules and restrictions, but sometimes blocking accounts doesn't seem quite objective. I and several of my friends had cases when accounts were restricted for no obvious reason Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jul 17, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Requested further explanation from the support team as to what specific actions or events may have led to the restriction of my account. I thought I would be unblocked and avoid similar problems in the future. But support said that it was a program crash, not a manual account ban
