Parimatch User ID is :[protected].
I have made a Deposit of Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs) on 16th August, 2023 at 2:10 p.m with Transaction ID :[protected] to "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" whose A/C No. is [protected] and the Transfer was successful but the didn't got added to Parimatch Account.
It has been 21 days but still the deposit didn't got added to Parimatch Account and neither it got refunded to my Bank A/C.
Every time when I message them they inform me that "Be patient as the issue has been escalated to the Billing Department and will be resolved soon".
From past 7 days they have been now informing that the Deposit has not been made to Parimatch.
I sent all the documents that are with me for making them understand that it has been made to Parimatch only but now they are telling to contact Bank.
Let me share you another thing that on 15th August, 2023 i also deposited Rs 2, 00, 000/- (Two Lakhs) to Parimatch A/C with the same Beneficiary "KHODIYAR ENTERPRISE" with same A/C No. [protected] at 4:44 p.m with Transaction ID:[protected]. While that transaction got successful and added to Parimatch Account.
The Transactions with same Beneficiary with same A/C No. is done on 15th August and 16th August, 2023. But the Transaction made on 16th August, 2023 they are denying.
I have shared the following documents :
1. Transaction Slip - 16th Aug, 2023 (Not Added to Parimatch)
2. Confirmation from Bank that the Amount has been successfully received by the Beneficiary Khodiyar Enterprise (Transaction ID :[protected].
3. Transaction Slip - 15th Aug, 2023 (Added to Parimatch Account.
Request for the resolution.
