I received a free bet as part of a promotion, but when I tried to use it, a technical error occurred and I was unable to place a bet. As a result, the free bet was burned.

The free bet I was given didn't work due to a technical error on the site. I immediately wrote to support, and they quickly checked the situation. In the end, they returned the free bet and apologized for the failure.
