Complaint marked as Resolved Ended up solving this problem, despite all the trouble I encountered. As I wrote before, my account was locked for some unknown reason and I was told that I had multiple accounts with the same ID. But I insisted I was right and made a fuss, stating that it was just a lie. I convinced the company that I was a real player and demanded that the winnings be sent to my bank account. They finally agreed to unlock my account and transfer my money. That's how you have to fight for your rights sometimes, despite all the headaches. They did not explain where the blocking came from and whether there was another account, but they apologized.
