I am filing this complaint against Parimatch India regarding two unresolved financial disputes totalling ₹25, 000.
Issue 1 — Deposit Not Credited (₹5, 000)
On 21 July 2026 at 12:06 AM, I made a deposit of ₹5, 000 through Parimatch's own payment gateway, which redirected me to PhonePe. The payment was successful — PhonePe Transaction ID: T2607210006039385193220, UTR:[protected], debited from my account. The UPI ID used was automatically assigned by Parimatch's payment system[protected]@okbizaxis) — I had no ability to choose or verify the merchant. Despite a successful debit, the amount was never credited to my Parimatch wallet. I raised a support ticket immediately. After nearly a month of being asked to submit payment receipts and bank statements (which I provided), the ticket was suddenly marked "Resolved" with no explanation. When I contacted support, they blamed me for paying the wrong merchant — which is impossible since their own payment gateway handled the redirect — and closed the chat without resolution. This is the second time they have done this to me; a previous similar complaint was also closed as "Resolved" without any refund or explanation after a 2-month wait.
Issue 2 — Withdrawal Not Received (₹20, 000)
On 16 August 2026 at 18:14, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹20, 000 via Bank Transfer (reference: [protected]). Parimatch's own platform shows this withdrawal as completed with a withdrawal date of 16 August 2026, 20:57. However, the amount has not been credited to my bank account. I provided my bank statement to Parimatch support as requested, but the amount has still not been received. Support is not providing any resolution.
Total amount disputed: ₹25, 000
Parimatch's conduct — closing tickets as resolved without action, deflecting blame onto customers, and refusing to reconcile their own payment gateway failures — constitutes unfair trade practice and financial fraud.
Resolution requested: Full refund/credit of ₹25, 000 (₹5, 000 undeposited amount + ₹20, 000 undelivered withdrawal), along with written explanation for both failures.
