Parimatch India — Deposit not credited sir

I have deposited 5000/- for Parimatch App dated on 6th JAN and still payment status is showing PENDING, i have tried to contact to support team multiple times but every time they didn't get proper response for the problem

I need my deposit and money soon

I'm loyal customer to parimatch playing for many years
Please don't break my trust and understanding my situation
