I deposited ₹20, 000 and ₹16, 000 separately on 10/10/2024 and 11/10/2024 through NET BANKING and these amounts have still not been added to my gaming account. It has been over 14 days now, and despite multiple emails and follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved and declined status showing in the betting ID payments history.

I have spoken with support team numerous times, but they keep insisting that the query had passed to expert team .I had shared all details with them

I request immediate action on this matter.
