Parimatch India — Deposited amount 500 not reflected to my parimatch account

I made a deposit of Rupees 500 from my account to parimatch wallet via UPI phone pe with UTR no :[protected] but this transaction was not reflected on my pari account . I have 0 rs shown on parimatch account with Player ID[protected].
