Parimatch India — Deposited failed but it's debited from bank account

I made a deposit of 45000 in parimatch account after its was successfully debited from my bank account it's shows declined in parimatch account, When I try to contact Customer support there were simply saying were are working on it how many days you guys work on that, I need my refund it's almost 5 days till now no response from your side, I have proof of my bank statement also, I have visited my bank they said it's credited to merchant account but u guys were it's not credited in our accounts, I need my refund dats it do it asap
