I am writing to file a complaint against parimatch regarding deposit that has not been credited to my account. I have already transferred the funds from my bank, but the balance is not yet reflecting in my Parimatch wallet.

I’ve already raised the issue on parimatch live chat, through email. First, they told me to wait 60 minutes, then 24 hours. It's been over 2 months and no update just the same robotic, copy-paste replies. They don’t escalate anything or fix the problem.
What’s worse? I’m a regular user, and I’ve deposited lakhs of rupees on their platform. But there’s no loyalty and now they’ve even stuck my deposit due to a system glitch. No compensation, no urgency — nothing. Was this information helpful? |
