I can't withdraw my winnings to my wife's card. Earlier I verified my card and withdrew money to it. Today I try to add my wife's card, but I get an error. I have already verified my account, so I don't understand what the problem could be. Do I need to provide my wife's documents to be able to withdraw money to her card? Feb 29, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Parimatch site support explained to me that I can withdraw money only to my bank card, as the profile registration and further verification was done in my name. They advised me to register a separate account for my wife if I want to withdraw winnings to her card.
