Complaint marked as Resolved Contacted Parimatch support and I was answered by their employee. He explained that in some cases after making a deposit it is necessary to pass profile verification in order for the money to be credited to the account. After I successfully passed the verification, the money finally appeared on my balance. Unfortunately, I missed the match I was planning to bet on, but now I know that my money is safe and I can safely continue using the service.
