Complaint marked as Resolved First, I made sure that all the data I entered when depositing was correct. A couple of times even a small mistake led to a failed transaction. Everything seemed to be correct.
Then I contacted Parimatch support. They responsively helped me to understand the problem, but the result was the same.
I wrote to the bank, they said that the ways I used were blocked on their side. Everything seemed to be fixed and I was able to replenish my account.
