[Resolved]  Parimatch India — I made a deposit and now Parimatch is denying it.

Horrible company. I made a deposit and now Parimatch is denying it. All that their help shows is that they suggested I contact my bank. I have contacted my bank but the support rep assures me that Parimatch have taken my money. The bank can't help me in any way as I voluntarily topped up my gaming account balance. Now I do not understand what I should do next and where to turn. I hope that the casino support will contact me and help to settle this situation. Otherwise I will have to go to the main office of the company.

Just as I thought, the support agents rushed to help me and that's not sarcasm. The transaction was found manually, the money was deposited, they gave 1000 rupees as bonus which I can use for betting.
