[Resolved] Parimatch India — Mistaken wagers on Parimatch

Recently ran into a problem at Parimatch when I accidentally placed an incorrect bet without understanding certain aspects of the rules. Unfortunately, it was impossible to cancel the bet and I had to lose my money. It would be useful if the system would provide an opportunity to correct mistakes before the end of the event. Jul 18, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted Parimatch technical support to find out if there is a possibility to cancel the wrongly placed bet and correct the error. I gave them detailed information about what happened and explained my situation. Technical support explained that once a bet is placed, they cannot provide an opportunity to cancel or change it. Now I will just be more careful the next time I place a bet.
