I am filing this complaint against Parimatch India due to an unresolved transaction issue and the company’s failure to provide a clear resolution despite repeated follow-ups.
I made three deposit of 20000 via UPI (Bank of India) onto my Parimatch account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, however it was neither credited to my Parimatch wallet nor refunded back to my bank account.
Since then, more than 45 days have passed, and the issue remains unresolved.
I have contacted Parimatch support multiple times via email. While I have received several responses, all of them are generic in nature, stating that the issue is “under review, ” “being processed, ” or “awaiting response from the payment provider.”
At no point have they provided:
A clear reason for the delay
Any transaction reference / ARN
Any expected timeline for resolution
Despite marking my case as “priority, ” there has been no actual progress or transparency, which has caused financial stress and inconvenience.
I believe this prolonged delay and lack of accountability amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as my funds have been blocked without justification for an unreasonable duration.
Relief Sought:
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and direct Parimatch India to:
Immediately refund the blocked amount to my bank account, OR
Provide documented proof of transaction status and resolution, and
Ensure proper grievance redressal in line with consumer protection norms.
I am attaching copies of bank statements and email communications for reference.
