Made a deposit, won more than 30 thousand for one bet, but when I decided to make a withdrawal, the money has not arrived on my card for the 5th day. This causes serious distrust, especially given the reviews about problems with withdrawal on Parimatch. I hope that the situation will be resolved and I will get my winnings, because it is my money. Jan 31, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved After a long communication with support, the money finally came. I received the full amount, and it's just great. Despite the frustration due to the uncertainty in communication with support, now I have confidence that my funds are safe and Parimatch is not trying to cheat.
