On December 10, 2023 I had problems withdrawing funds from my account. Parimatch promised to solve this problem within 30 days, but it's already been the second month and the situation remains unresolved. Now the support tells me to be patient for a while, but they do not specify exactly how long it will take. I've been playing at bookmakers for a long time and have never encountered any problems like this before. Feb 29, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved The problem was that my bank blocked the transaction because it was suspicious. I had to spend a lot of time explaining the origin of the money to the bank, but the problem is over.
