Parimatch India — Regarding withdrawal and refund

I have initiated withdrawal on 19th february2024 but time frame s passed yet I didn't received amount yet

Not sure why but I am facing huge issued with pari match earlier there were no issue I am using pari match from long time

This is refund issue

I have made a transaction of 5000 on 17th february which is declined and refund is promised by 1 working day it's been 32 days now still I haven't got any refund nothing at all
