[Resolved]  Parimatch India — Rules

I have been working with Parimatch for more than 3 years. Since yesterday I can't log in to my account, because when I log in it says it's blocked. I wrote to support, but I can't get a clear answer as to why my profile was suspended. To be honest, I did not expect this from Parimatch after such a long period of cooperation. If I broke the rules - tell me about it, I have the right to know. I am very dissatisfied with the work of the support team and the company in general. How can I trust them after this?

A day later I was contacted by e-mail and the reason for the blocking was explained. The blocking was due to the fact that I had registered another account for my own convenience to minimize risks. But I didn't take into account that having two accounts on the site is prohibited by the rules. The technical support team asked me to choose the main account (they unblocked it), and the second account is now permanently deleted. I hope not to make such unfortunate mistakes again, and let my mistakes become an example for other players.
